Standard License

Every digital download purchased on this website includes a Standard Royalty-Free License.

You CAN

Use these loops, samples, and jingles in your own music productions, beats, songs, and background music for YouTube, Twitch, podcasts, social media, and independent films.
Release commercial songs using these sounds on Spotify, Apple Music, etc., without paying royalties to Gus Green.

You CANNOT

Resell, repackage, share, or redistribute the audio files themselves as sample packs or sound libraries.

Extended Commercial License

Mass Media & Major Brands

A Standard License does NOT cover usage in national or international TV commercials, radio ads, cinema advertisements, or large-scale promotional campaigns for major corporate brands.

If a major brand or corporate entity wishes to use Gus Green loops or jingles for broadcast advertising (e.g., TV/Radio commercials), an Extended Commercial License / Buy-out is required.
